Some orders may be paid, but not flagged so in the system and no emails would be dispatched to the printer.
This happens when a customer has a single order, but chooses to pay later on from “order details” screen pressing large “Pay $XXX now”. The bug will be fixed in the next 12 hours.
We understand that a small number of printers were affected and it was very embarrassing for them not to process the orders on time. Please, accept our apologies. Developers will be working on Sunday to apply a patch before normal trading begins on Monday.
