Dynamic imaging

The size for dynamic imaging templates went up to 2400 x 2400 px, which should be enough for most digital PoS signage.

PDF 1.7 support

CMYK and spot colors with transparency are not rasterized if exported into PDF 1.7  when an order is generated.  Simply choose the right version on template PDF settings page.
