Web-to-print templates can be edited in bulk for some or all templates in a catalog at a time. It is convenient when changing prices or other details of similar web to print products.

Where to find it

Bulk-editing page is available from Catalog Overview page and from a list of templates for a catalog.

One change at a time

Edit one parameter as a time and click Update link. Choose one or more templates from the pop-up list of templates and click Save button to apply changes. It may take a few seconds for a large number of templates to update. Repeat with another parameter until finished.

Note. Applying the changes to a template will cause the previous parameters of the same field to be replaced.

Check results

Don’t forget to check if the changes were applied correctly. You only get an error message if the change is invalid from the system point of view. For example your web-to-print prices may be parsed incorrectly because a [bracket is missing, but the only way to find out is to check one of the affected templates.
