Corporate access keeps web to print catalogs hidden from public view. Only logged in users with appropriate access rights can see them.
Adding new web-to-print users manually
New users can be added to a catalog with corporate access by entering their email address on Users page of the catalog. User’s details and password can be entered on user’s profile page. Click on Profile link for the user in the list. Read more about adding web-to-print users.
Automatic access by email address
Users can be given automatic access to a web-to-print catalog by their email address. Specify the corporate domain name in catalog details and any user with an email address at that domain will be given access after logging in. It is convenient when all employees of a particular company need to be given access. Users with email addresses at other domains can still be added manually.
