Custom banner

Your can upload your banner only after setting up a custom access URL.

Default banner

Every master account (printer, publisher, etc) can have a custom banner once the site was placed under your own domain name.

The banner will be displayed on all pages.

Upload the banner to your web server and grab the URL for it. Navigate to Branding / Manage page banners.

Enter the URL into Default banner URL text fields and click Save. The banner should appear at the top of the page.

Note. You may need to click on Home and then refresh the page if the banner does not appear. Check the URL if there are any more delays with the banner appearing on your screen.

Web-to-print catalog banner

Any web-to-print catalog of your web-to-print portal can have a custom banner that is displayed when the catalog is active. If no banner is provided or no catalog is selected the site has its default banner.

Go to Catalog overview page and click on Modify.

Enter the banner URL into Banner text field and click Save. The banner should appear straight away.

Note. Check the URL if there are any more delays with the banner appearing on your screen.

Banner size

You can use any common format for your banners, including JPG, GIF and PNG. There is no limit on file format or size because the file resides on your web server.

The default skin has banner 90px high and as wide as the largest screen goes. You can either follow this constraint of modify the web-to-print skin to accommodate your banner size.

Make sure that your web-to-print banner does not obscure the top menu when the browser window is small. The text color may blend with the background and become hard to read.
