This article explains how holders of printer accounts are charged for ZetaPrints web to print services.

Invoice generation

Invoices are generated in the first few days of the month. A reminders is displayed first time you log into your printer account after a new invoice has been issued.

Payments

We expect you to make a payment within 10 days. You can pay using PayPal, a credit card or direct credit. Detailed instructions, a/c number and other information are shown on every invoice.

Trial use

We try not to issue invoices to users known to trial our service. Email admin@zetaprints.com to wave your payments if we included you in the billing by mistake. We are happy to give you a free ride until it works for you.
