Multiple paragraphs in a paragraph text frame

04/06/2007

You can have multiple paragraphs in a paragraph text frame. The paragraphs can be
formatted as bullet points, drop cap, columns, etc. The system will try to
match user input paragraph by paragraph. E.g. if the first paragraph has a drop
cap and all the others are bullet points, the system will match the first
paragraph from user input to the drop cap and all the others to the bullet
points. Any extra paragraphs from the frame will be removed if the user input
is shorter. Any extra paragraphs from the user input will be formatted as the
last paragraph from the text frame.

Automatic paragraph text resizing

No text is being resized by default. You can instruct the system to fit user input into
the paragraph text frame.

Simply enter more text in the text frame than it can hold and check that the overflow
sign appears at the bottom of the frame (notice the black triangle at the
bottom of the illustration above). The system will note the overflow indicator
from the template and fit user input in the text frame if it overflows as well.
