Web to print catalogs and templates can be accessed via permalinks and user friendly URLs. Permalinks are permanent links with IDs and do not change for the lifetime of the catalog. User friendly URLs depend on the catalog’s title. Both types of links are based on the custom domain of the particular web to print website.

Base domain name

The base domain name can be either a custom domain name of the website (e.g. orders.example.com) or zetaprints.com. All templates and catalogs can be accessed both ways. However, you are expected to use your domain name as the primary base and only use zetaprints.com as the access point in case of DNS problems with your domain.

By default, all links generated by our web-to-print system are based on your custom domain name.

Permalinks

Catalog and template permalinks follow this format:

• http://domain-name/?page=catalogue;CorporateID=[ID of the catalog]
• http://domain-name/?page=template;TemplateID=[ID of the template]

E.g. http://realestate.zetaprints.com/?page=catalogue;CorporateID=E76B2EB5-809C-45A3-93C7-6B41BB01FC0A

This URL never changes while the catalog or template exist.

User friendly URLs

User friendly URLs follow this format

• http://domain-name/catalog-name-extra-characters-removed
• http://domain-name/catalog-name-extra-characters-removed/template-name

E.g. http://zetaprints.com/Century21-Yard-Signs/2-photo-For-Sale-Sign-landscape-24-x-18-.htm

This URL changes when the catalog or the template is renamed. Some characters can be dropped from the URL or replaced with “-” to make it browser-compatible.
