Web to print catalogs can be open for anyone to see and order without any access control or registration. This is the recommended option if your customers are the general public or if you want your web-to-print products to be found via search engines.

Add new users manually

New users can be added to a catalog with public access by entering their email address on Users page of the catalog. User’s details and password can be entered on user’s profile page. Click on Profile link for the user in the list.

Orders from anonymous web to print users

Not all users may choose to register in your web-to-print system resulting in you getting anonymous orders. You can register them yourself or re-assign their orders to an existing user.
