“Sorry, try again” message

This is the most undesirable message the system may return. It can happen when a template fails to generate a preview or PDF file.

Reasons
- The template file has some objects that are not understood by the system
- The template file is corrupt
- User input contains something that upsets the system (very-very unlikely)
- Uploaded image files are corrupt
- A bug in the system
Troubleshooting
- Try a preview without uploading images
- Try a preview without images and text
- Try to re-upload the template files
- Email the template, fonts and images to support@zetaprints.com
Templates that constantly generate errors may be temporarily disabled by the system for use by end users until a preview is successfully generated.
