Custom payments gateways for Magento may have non-standard interfaces not compliant with the standard Magento architecture. Our web-to-print extension may be bypassed by them resulting in incomplete orders with no files generated. We can try and hook our web-to-print extension to their interfaces.
Prerequisites
- You must have a fully functional Magento website with our web-to-print extension installed. The orders should process successfully without using the gateway. See other premium service products for installation and configuration issues.
- The payments gateway must function correctly with non-w2p products.
- An English language interface or a translation.
Test or development sever installations only
We will only work in a non-production environment. Once the installation is fully configured, tested and approved for production deployment it can be moved to your production environment or enabled for production use.

Service limitations
We give it our best shot, but cannot guarantee that your gateway can interface with other extensions. If the gateway extension is designed to bypass the standard Magento architecture it may be impossible or impractical to make changes. In this case we will provide a list of issues that you can take to the extension developers to resolve.

We will need access to the code, Read/write/create/modify/delete permissions required.
Magento installation path / domain
Domain or folder name where the shop is located.
Test credentials
Login, pwd or card number for test transactions. MUST BE SANDBOX OR TEST CREDENTIALS. Do not give us access to your live account where all the funds are kept.
