Completing user registration


Printers can complete user registration for corporate users on their behalf.

You need to add the user as described in Adding new users.
The user record will appear as in the image below:

Click on user name to go to the user profile and enter full user details. You can only edit details of users without a password. Users with passwords should mange their details themselves.

Incorrect email addresses

It is possible that the email address you register for the user is incorrect. The most robust way of checking is to wait for the user to get the confirmation email and click on the link there. If they user claims that the emails never arrive you may have a problem with they junk mail settings. Ask them to check the junk mail folder. If the registration email does not arrive into the InBox, it is quite likely the order emails will not arrive either.
