“Sorry, try again” message


This is the most undesirable message the system may return. It can happen when a template fails to generate a preview or PDF file.


  • The template file has some objects that are not understood by the system
  • The template file is corrupt
  • User input contains something that upsets the system (very-very unlikely)
  • Uploaded image files are corrupt
  • A bug in the system


  1. Try a preview without uploading images
  2. Try a preview without images and text
  3. Try to re-upload the template files
  4. Email the template, fonts and images to support@zetaprints.com

Templates that constantly generate errors may be temporarily disabled by the system for use by end users until a preview is successfully generated.
